Thanks for donating and/or making an online payment for membership and/or a function at www.brishc.com.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your donation, membership payment or payment related to a function, we’re here to help.

Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you made a donation, membership payment or payment related to a function.

To be eligible for a refund, your donation, membership payment or payment related to a function must have reached our account and have been cleared as “available funds”.

You must also provide proof of the donation, membership payment or payment related to a function..

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Cardholder Security

The Brisbane Hebrew Congregation does not store or hold your credit card and/or your bank account details either in writing and/or electronically without your expressed permission in writing and/or via email or SMS and  will only do so for the immediate purpose of processing a donation, membership payment or payment related to a function. After processing donation, membership payment or payment related to a function any credit card/account information provided will be securely disposed of by means of shredding and disposal in multiple bins. Your credit card and/or account information will not be passed on to any individual other than the person you have authorised to process the donation, membership payment or payment related to a function.

For your own security we advise you to use our Pay Pal facility and/or make a direct deposit to our account via our donation page.
