The Brisbane Hebrew Congregation is over 150 years old, with our synagogue marking its 135th year of continuous service from 98 Margaret Street Brisbane on 18 July 2021. Our synagogue is second only to the Great Synagogue in Sydney to have provided continuous services.
Our synagogue relies on your kind and generous donations to support us in the provision of religious services to Orthodox Jews in Brisbane and the Jewish wider community.
Tax Deductible donations can be made to the Brisbane Hebrew Congregation Public Library under Subdivision 30B-A, 30-B and 30-D specifically item 12.1.2 of Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
There are currently two ways to donate to the B.H.C.
1. By EFT direct deposit into our bank account using the following details:
NOTE: Please title the deposit “DON” with your Surname, (example DON Einstein) so that we know who is making the donation.
